Kate Middleton is Expecting with the First Child: Palace Confirms

Kate Middleton is pregnant with her first child.

The palace has confirmed the news on behalf of Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. The child, be it a boy or a girl, will be heir to the throne according to the new royal legislation.

As per the reports, Kate, who was diagnosed with morning sickness after admitted to a hospital in central London on Monday, is 12 weeks pregnant.

It’s great news for the British royals and everybody is thrilled.

Since their wedding in April 2011, Kate’s pregnancy rumors have been there. As it is a rule, royal brides are expected to get pregnant within the first year of the marriage; Kate’s pregnancy is an exception. It’s more than seventeen months after the royal wedding that the couple came out with the happy news.

"As the pregnancy is in its very early stages, Her Royal Highness is expected to stay in hospital for several days and will require a period of rest thereafter," the palace stated.

While that is really very happy news and we wish the couple the best of health and happiness for future, the much talked sapphire ring have once again took the center stage.

And this time we are thinking what will be William’s gift for his beautiful wife on this very special occasion. Will it be sapphire and diamond again or would be a ruby or an emerald to signify a new chapter of their married life?

Bobbi Kristina & Her 'Engagement Ring' at the Premiere of Her Reality Show

Sometime the engagement rings create quite an uproar. We all may wonder why to pay so much attention to a piece of this small piece of jewelry. But trust us everyone notices the small sparkler in the finger that speak a lot about our taste and class. If you don’t believe us here is a recent incident where the ring on the Bobbi Kristina’s finger is creating quite a hullabaloo.

Though, the reason for all the chaos about this ring is not because there is any fault with the ring. Rather it is a really beautiful sapphire engagement ring and resembles the royal engagement ring that adorns the finger of Duchess Kate Middleton. But it is the romance between Bobbi Kristina Brown and fiancé Nick Gordon that has been condemned by her upset family as 'unacceptable'.

However, the daughter of Whitney Houston did not seem to be affected by these criticisms she happily posed with her fiancé at the premiere of new reality show. This show called ‘Houstons: On Our Own’ will be showing her family is coping with the untimely demise of her mother and its aftermath.

Another question surrounding this beautiful gemstone ring is that if it really a bought by her beau Nick or it is just a part of her mother’s jewelry collection. One reason why the whole family is against this match is that both Bobbi Kristina and Nick grew up as brother and sister at her mother’s house though Whitney never officially adopted Nick.

However, it was heartwarming to see that on Monday the family had put their disagreements aside and attended the launch as a family. Even Whitney's mother Cissy was seen smiling as she posed with her granddaughter at the event.

Kate Middleton’s first official speech look was inspired by mother Carole’s style

After the emerald green shades of St. Patrick’s Day, the Duchess of Cambridge returned to her favorite blue sapphire. No, no! We are not talking about the engagement ring. It is her favorite color for dresses.

Kate Middleton, for her first public speech as a royal family member, has opted for a royal blue Reiss dress.

The eloquent belted ensemble looked graceful. For the official opening of the East Angelia children’s Hospice at the Treehouse in Ipswich, Kate accessorized her fascinating blue looks with a pair gemstone dangle earrings and a diamond cross pendant. Of course her sapphire engagement ring was there at the proud position.

As it was her first public speech so she looked a bit nervous and probably got the confidence from her mother’s style. The dress Duchess wearing for the occasion was inspired by her mother Carole Middleton’s royal blue Reiss dress that she wore to Ascot in 2010. Earlier too Catherine wore her mother’s hat to the wedding of Nicholas van Cutsem in 2011.

It’s clear that Kate has inherited the style from her mother and Reiss designs are among her most liked looks.

From her engagement to this first official speech, we have seen an array of blue shades around the Duchess and it’s surprisingly wonderful that every style she wore was splendid and pristine. Whether she has inherited it from her mother or from her late mother-in-law Princess Diana, she exactly knows how to bring it to life.
