As the Sunday event draws to a close everyone started discussing the jewelry that sparkled on the red carpet. While Sophia Vergara impressed with her 175 carats jewelry but there were a few stars who opted for colored gemstones for this special occasion.
One of the most impressive display was of model Heidi Klum who wore an Alexandre Vauthier frock with a daring low-cut and a thigh slash. When asked why she chose this dress she replied that she was drawn to this outfit for its 'sea foam' color. According to her stylist Oribe Canales the inspiration for having an intriguing mix of the Seventies and Nineties.
It reflects a unique combo of soft but severe and decadent but sweet. As for the jewelry she had a good selection of gemstones including black opal along with vivid natural pink diamond. But the real highlight of her jewelry ensemble was the Paraiba drop earrings. Which she paired with a pair of platinum, diamond and emerald earrings. If Krakowski opted for emerald ring, Sarah Paulson picked out sapphire bangles. Paulson looked really chic at the 64th Primetime Emmy Awards in platinum gold, two-drop diamond earrings with over 50-carats of diamonds. Along with this she she had a white rose-cut diamond bangle which gave an excellent contrast to the two platinum gold, black diamond and blue sapphire bangles.
If these stars opted for emeralds and sapphires can Ruby be left behind so here we have Sarah Hyland who wore a classic platinum, diamond and ruby earrings that she paired with platinum, diamond and natural ruby ring and a platinum and diamond bracelet.
Another star who opted for rubies was Christina Hendricks, she looked beautiful at the Emmy's in platinum diamond briolette and natural unheated ruby earrings set in platinum, along with a platinum, diamond, lavender floral Asian motif jade and ruby cuff which she wore along with two platinum, diamond and lavender jade bangles.
